HR Unit Head (HR-UH) – Cileungsi based
Main qualification :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline (preferably bachelor degree in engineering or social sciences)
- Has at least 3 years of experience in managing HR department in factory.
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor law and regulations
- Knowledgeable in payroll and personnel administration.
- Has good English both oral and written
- Strong personality, independent and self starter
- Supervising the day to day operations of HR department with a sound cooperation and partnership with other factory department heads.
- Ensuring factory manpower planning and resourcing in order to have at all time full team with qualified and capable people.
- Implementing performance management and systematic training and development in order to drive factory productivity and bench strength.
- Provide management with report and analysis to better update them with accurate information about HR indicators.
- Work with operation management to design effective working processes, well defined competencies standard, and personal policies and procedures in the factory.
- Performing General Affair task and administration which covers area from factory housekeeping, regulatory and licenses, and employee facility maintenance.
- Provide day to day HR excellence in the areas of personnel administration, industrial relations and HR systems.
