Inpex Corporation is an oil & gas exploration and production company based in Japan. The mission of INPEX is to provide a stable and efficient supply of energy to our customer by exploring and developing oil and natural gas resources throughout the world. In Indonesia, INPEX is acting as Kontraktor Kontrak Kerjasama (KKKS) with BPMigas for many upstream projects since 1966. INPEX is the operator of Masela Block (Abadi gas project) offshore Maluku, Arafura Sea, Indonesia. INPEX is pressing ahead with technical and engineering studies of the Abadi field development for future commercial Floating LNG production.

Compensation & Benefit Officer

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in HR from reputable University
  • 2+ years experience in HR Compensation and Benefit, such as administering personal income tax calculation, administering annual income tax return, administering individual income tax return for expatriates, familiar with PPh21 and other HR Compensation and Benefit matters
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written
  • Computer Literacy. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Familiarization with SAP is an advantage
  • Able to work well in a team and having high motivation, discipline, dynamic with good personality
National & Expat Admin Officer

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in HR/Psychology/Law from reputable University
  • 2+ years experience in HR Administration, such as formalities process, familiar with manpower regulation, and other HR administrations
  • Good experience in filing documents
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written; Ability in oral and written communication in Japanese is an advantage
  • Computer Literacy. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Familiarization with SAP is an advantage
  • Able to work well in a team and having high motivation, discipline, dynamic with good personality
Recruitment & Training Officer

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology/HR from reputable University
  • 5+ years experience in Recruitment, such as sourcing, short-listing, interviewing candidates and other recruitment administrations
  • 5+ years experience in Training & Development, such as training needs analysis, organizing in-house and public training, and other training administrations
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written
  • Computer Literacy. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Familiarization with SAP is an advantage
  • Able to work well in a team and having high motivation, discipline, dynamic with good personality
