The Company was first established in Jakarta with the name "PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Djakarta Raya" as contained in akta Perseroan Terbatas Perusahaan Bank Pembangunan Daerah Djakarta Raya (PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Djakarta Raya) Regulation. 30 dated 11 April 1961 made by and before Eliza Pondaag SH, Notary in Jakarta, which was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in his Decree No. JA5/31/13 dated 11 April 1961 and was registered in the register book Jakarta District Court under No.. 1274 dated June 26, 1961 and published in the Supplement. 206 State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 41 dated June 1, 1962.
