Mobility Administrator (Code: HMS - MA)

Responsibilities
YOU are responsible to provide administration services for International and Short Term Assignment, starting from pre departure, during assignment and end of assignment.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Hold a Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Having 1 (one) year experience in administration, especially in Multinational Company
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Having knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Project, Power Point, MS. Word, etc)
  • Having knowledge in Immigration or Visa Process will become value added
  • Possess experience with HR or Personnel application software will be an advantage
Office Service Assistant (Code: HMS - OSA)

Responsibilities
  • YOU are responsible to coordinate and control all daily activities related with household and license services in Office Service Head Quarter, in order to meet the required standards of effectiveness, efficiency, and legal compliance in HM Sampoerna.
  • YOU are responsible to coordinate expatriate & repatriation services (housing, personal effect, security and safety utilization, & environment knowledge) in order to ensure the achievement of optimum and excellence service level.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Hold a Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Having 2 (two) years experience in General Affairs area
  • Having knowledge of office management (ergonomic, interior, and layout design), also legal compliance
  • Having knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, MS. Word, etc)
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
