Assessment Manager

General Requirement :

• Maximum age 40 years and
• Have a Life Leadership
• Physical and Spiritual Health.
• Good People Judgment.
• Trusted Integrated and fair.
• Have good communication skill, can express ideas verbally and visually in English and Bahasa.
• Able to use Microsoft Office (word, excel and power point) and Internet properly.
• Able to communicate ideas orally and in writing.
• Have good teamwork spirit.
• Have Ability to interact with people effectively.

Specific requirements :

• Min Bachelor in psychology, Master degree is preferred.
• Have assessor certificate, along with the tools to do testings.
• Have the competence to do the assessment for all levels.
• Capable of making decisions quickly and accurately.
• Able to make planning and organizing.
• Experienced in the same field at least 2 years.
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Able to make analysis of Human Resources.
• The Applicant in the first week will be our priority, more than a week we will input as a data base

Data Base Administrator (DBA)

Requirements:

• D3 or S1 from reputable university/polytechnic.
• Have at least 3-4 years experience in programming with Oracle.
• Have good skills using project related tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint).
• Able to write clean and well-documented code.
• Able to work in team with under pressure and tight deadline.
• Good communication skill and negotiation skill both in Indonesia and English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill, high achiever, fast learn, open minded and good team player.
• Have a good personality, responsible and discipline.

Technical Skill :

• Expert in Oracle 9i, 10g and up.
• Proficient in stored procedure, SQL syntax and scripting.
• Experience with Oracle Application Server is beneficial but is not essential
