HR Planning & Development Manager (HRD)
Requirements:
- S1 Degree in Psychology from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
- Have capability in Organizational Development, CBHRM, Talent management, HR policy & Procedure, Performance Management, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial Relation, as well as corporate culture and HRIS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Fluent in English
- Highly experienced in HR management and the role will incorporate strategic and policy development & implementation aspects
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of faculty of Law holder from reputable university
- Minimum 1 year working experience or fresh graduated
- Female & Male with maximum age 30 years old
- Fluent both in spoken and written English is a must
- Will be ready to be placed in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport
- Good looking, personality, and communication skills

- Min high school education / vocational
- Location is close to Soekarno Hatta Airport

- Preferably have STKP garbarata
