The Company is a part subsidiary company of PT Adaro Energy Tbk and has multiyear contract with 6 companies. The Company operated in Kalimantan and supported by 5,100 human resources with various expertise. Based on the Company's financial report 2010, total assets in year-end 2010 recorded US$482,816,959, increased from 2009 at US$460,949,438.

A. Production Manager (Code: Prod-Mgr)
Requirements
- Male Max. 45 years old
- Bachelor degree in civil or mining
- 7 years experience in coal mining operation
- Able to operate computer (Ms Office)
- Base in Kalimantan
Requirements:
- Male/Female Max. 40 years old
- Bachelor or master degree in Human Resource / Management / Psychology / related from any reputable university
- 10 years experience in recruitment area
- 4 years experience in managerial level
- Have a wide networking in recruitment sourcing
- Able to work under pressure, strong analytical thinking, and strong leadership
- Able to operate computer ( MS Office)
- Base in Jakarta and Willing to travel to remote area
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 4.0 years old
- Bachelor degree related to each position
- Min. 3 years experience as a Logistic Manager in coal mining
- Strong proficiency in Inventory, Warehousing, Procurement, and Fuel Administration in Mining
- Strong leadership skill
- Have a POP License would be an advantage
- Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality
- Base in Kalimantan

- Have a second class blasting certificate & POP License for PRODUCTION preferable
- Having skill in Minescape or SURPAC for ENGINEERING
- Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHE
- BMC License, Comprehend in maintenance and service management for PLANT
- Experience in Warehousing, Inventory & Purchasing for LOGISTIC
- Base in Kalimantan

- Male Max. 35 years old

- 5 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining area
- Have a second class blasting certificate & POP License for PRODUCTION - preferable
- Having skill in Minescape or SURPAC for ENGINEERING
- Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHE
- BMC License, Comprehend in maintenance and service management for PLANT
- Experience in Warehousing. Inventory & Purchasing for LOGISTIC
- Familiar with manpower regulation (UU no 13/2003), have skill in recruitment, training, payroll and external relation for HCGA
- Base in Kalimantan
