The Company headquartered in Jakarta and its plants are situated in Narogong West Java and Cilacap Central Java. Holcim's third cement plant in Tuban, East Java, is scheduled to begin operations in 2013. The Company also had a cement grinding station located in Ciwandan, Banten. Requirements
- Bachelor degree engineering, preferably from Civil Engineering
- Experience :
- Experience as civil engineer, construction material technician or other technical experience in construction business, Oil and Gas industry also mortar industry
- Experience in sales and/or application consulting in Oil and Gas and mortar industry
- Proficient with Ms.Office (Excel & Word, PowerPoint) & Lotus Notes, Internet
- Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English (spoken & written)
- Other qualification / skills :
- Proven leadership skill - Openness and proactive working style, dynamic and extroverted
- Customer orientation - Service and sales oriented
- Cost and Result orientation
- Excellent communication skill - Good listener who is able to adjust to individual communication styles and partners, convincing and powerful assertiveness, good negotiation and consulting abilities

- Experience : 4-5 years experience in Marketing, sales or managerial level of similar concrete or cement industry, preferably 1-2 years in selling construction products
- Proficient with Ms.Office (Excel & Word, PowerPoint) & Lotus Notes, Internet
- Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English (spoken & written)
- Other qualification / skills :

- Minimum bachelor degree majoring Communications or Business/ Economy
- Experience :
- Preferably having minimum 8 years’ experience in major multinational companies especially last experiences in handle corporate affairs and media communications include change management.
- Experienced at diagnosing communications requirements and developing a structured approach to engaging various stakeholder groups.
- Experienced at facilitating communications between many parties and enabling knowledge transfer between stakeholders.
- Experienced at writing and delivering a range of communications materials across different channels, tailored for the appropriate audiences.
- Experienced at media relationship and management
- Competent IT skills in Lotus Notes and PowerPoint
- Excellence communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & verbal)
- Other qualification / skills :
- Motivated and organized with high level of attention to details.
- Good team player and also high performers, result oriented person.
- Self-starter and able to act independently.
- Consistently delivers within the deadlines set.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Economic or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) is preferable.
- Min. 5 years experiences in similar position at any multinational or manufacturing company
- Computer literacy : Microsoft Office, SAP
- Good command in English oral and written
- Other qualification / skills :
- Excellence procurement and negotiation skills

- Contract drafting and management skill
- Understanding of various process measuring analyzers
