Organization Development Supervisor (ODSPV)
Requirements
- Hold bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university of any major ( Psychology / Human Resource Management preferably), with minimum GPA of 3.0
- Experienced (at least 2 years as OD staff or OD Asst)
- Good command in English
- Computer literate, able to operate MS Office
- Placement : Ancol-Jakarta Utara
- Competencies
- Having good knowledge in HR Practices (such as organization design, organization structure, job evaluation, performance management,etc)
- Self motivated, eager to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving
Requirements
- D3 or S1 from reputable university majoring in Electro Engineering, Electricity Engineering or related major with a minimum GPA of 2.8
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Understanding electrical instruments
- Willing to work in workshop
