Other shares owned by PT Sakti Laksana Prima (17.60%), Siti Taskiyah (12.15 %), and Mohamad Satya Permadi (5.25 %). PT Tugu Pratama Indonesia was established in 1981 to provide risk protection on Pertamina's oil and gas operational activities. The Company registered in Jakarta and supported by 1 branch offices in Surabaya, and 3 representative offices in Bandung, Medan, and Balikpapan. The Company also supported by 9 subsidiary/affiliate companies. Based on PT Tugu Pratama Indonesia Financial Statements 2012, Asuransi Tugu achieved strong growth in comprehensive income of 91% to Rp235.42 billion.

- Preferable local citizen at Medan, Balikpapan, Bandung (all position)
- Preferable experienced in similar position
- Preferable has professional insurance degree (1, 2, 3)
- Max 27 years on 31 August 2013
- Min TOEFL - EPT score 450
- Male/Female, Indonesian citizedn with excellent health
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken(
- Excellent as a team worker, and in partnership with other organization
- Fast-learner, strong analytical thinking, and good interpersonal skill
