Requirements
- Bachelor (S1) or Master Degree (S2)
- Not more than 2 years of working experience
- Strong academic track record (GPA>3)
- Coming from Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering background from reputable university
- Extracurricular activities and experiences which display the following:
- Well-roundedness and varied exposure/ maturity
- Clarity of purpose for having a career
- Growth mindset and external focus
- Leadership and team experience
