Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan - PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan or commonly known as PNPM-Mpd or the National Program for Community Empowerment Mandiri Rural (PNPM Rural) is a community empowerment programs in Indonesia with main duties to alleviate the poverty in Indonesia and established by the Government of Indonesia. PNPM-Mpd is recognized as the largest poverty reduction programs in the world based on community empowerment. At present, the programs was implemented in approximately 60,000 villages across the Country. The program was formed to supports the working area of ​​the PNPM Mandiri and its targets are rural communities. PNPM Mandiri initially founded in 2007 and officially launched at Palu Central Sulawesi by the President of Republic of Indonesia. PNPM Mpd is fully adopt the mechanisms and procedures of Districs Development Program (Indonesian : Program Pengembangan Kecamatan/PPK) which has been implemented since 1998. 

Due to strengthen its team, PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position (will be placed in DIY)

1. Fasilitator Kecamatan Pemberdayaan (Code FPKEC)
2. Fasilitator Kecamatan Teknik (Code : FTKEC)

General Requirements

• D3/S1 all majors (FPKEC)
• Min D3/S1 majoring in Civil Engineering (FTKEC)
• Have relevant working experience with community empowerment programs at least 3 years for S1 applicants or min 5 years for D3 applicants
• Have organizational and social community experience
• Have a good knowledge of local culture and customs in Yogyakarta
• Preferably fluent in local language
• Computer literate, at least Microsoft Office and Internet
• Able to reside in the location of the assignment in the district
• Max age 45 years old

4. Recent color 4x6 photograph (2 pieces)
