Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan - PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan (commonly known as PNPM-Mpd) or the National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM) Mandiri Rural is the community empowerment program for Community Empowerment to alleviation the poverty in Indonesia. The Program was formed by The Government of Republic Indonesia and launched in 2007 at Palu Central Sulawesi by the President of Republic of Indonesia. PNPM-Mpd is the largest community-based poverty reduction programs in the world. The Program was implemented in approximately 60,000 villagesn ationwide. Since 1998, PNPM-Mpd has been implemented in more than 58% of villages across Indonesia. Until 2008, the program is to reach 42,319 of the poorest villages in Indonesia.
To achieve the program vision, to attain the poor prosperity and independency in rural areas, PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals for the following challenging positions as

- Have relevant experience in related field : at least 15 years for regional coordinator, 12 years for Provincial Coordinator, 9 years for Deputy Provincial Coordinator, 7 years for Senior spec and 5 years for Junior Spec.
- Have worked together in government programs that directly relate to community development or similar programs
