PT Bakti Usaha Menanam Nusantara Hijau Lestari I - PT BUMN Hijau Lestari I or BUMN Hijau is a reputable agroforestry company in Indonesia. PT BUMN Hijau Lestari I running business in ecobusiness based on agroforestry and cooperatives. PT BUMN Hijau Lestari I has been operating in Indonesia since 2009 and formed as a joint venture company between 5 Indonesian state-owned companies (BUMN), namely Perum Perhutani, Perum Jasa Tirta II, PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII (Persero), PT Sang Hyang Seri (Persero), and PT Pupuk Kujang. The Company is based in Bandung West Java and its head office is situated in Jl RH Hasan Saputra Raya No 2 Bandung. In 2012, BUMN Hijau collaborated with the Ministry of State Owned Enterprises and 19 state-owned enterprises has planted 1.6 million trees.
Due to facing fast business growth and expanding of business across Indonesia, PT Bakti Usaha Menanam Nusantara Hijau Lestari I are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :
Staff Agroforestry
Requirements
- Education min Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Forestry / Agriculture
- Preferably for those who have experience in the field of forestry/plantation/agriculture at least 5 years
- Experienced in the field of technical silvicultural crops, agroforestry and community empowerment
- Willing to work in field
Requirements
- Education min Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Communications / Public Relations / Management / Law
- Min 10 years of working experience
- TOEFL Score min 500 ( rating 6 months )
- Have experience in the field of plantation / forestry
- Have a good knowledge of IT, legal and human resources (HR) and social media
Requirements
- Education min Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Economics Business/Management/Industrial
- Min 10 years of working experience
- Able to make a feasibility study and business risk assessment ( risk analysis )
- Have experience in the field of trading business and CSR (PKBL BUMN)
- Have a good command in English (Active)
Requirements
- Education min Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Forestry / Agriculture
- Min 10 years of working experience
- Experienced in the field of cultivation of crops / agriculture, community development, agroforestry, and PRA activities (Participatory Rural Appraisal)
- Able to work in teams or individually, as well as having high motivation
