Management Trainee Program (MTP)

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferabl from a leading universities
• Agriculture Department of Agronomy / Crops, Pests & Disease, Soil Science (MTP-TAN)
• Agricultural Engineering Department of Agricultural Engineering (MTP-MEK)
• Mechanical Engineering (MTP-MES)
• Electro Engineering (MTP-ELE)
• Chemical Engineering (MTP-KIM)
• Law (MTP-HUK)
• Minimum GPA
• Minimum 2.80 for MTP-TAN, MTP-MEK, MTP-MES, MTP-ELE, MTP-KIM
• Minimum 3.00 for MTP-HUK
• Maximum age 28 years old in April 2014
• Gender
• Male for MTP-TAN, MTP-MEK, MTP-MES, MTP-ELE, MTP-KIM
• Male/Female for MTP-HUK.
• Single (not married) and willing to not get married during the MTP
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
