PT Angkasa Pura Property - PT APP or commonly known as AngkasaPura Property is a directly owned subsidiary of state-owned airport operator PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) or Angkasa Pura Airports which is already established since 6 January 2012. As of December 2012, PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) holds 99.4% shares in AngkasaPura Property. Within the scope of its business, AngkasaPura Property running business as developers and contractors. The Company provides a full range of project property with International standards. In June 2013, AngkasaPura Property build a condo hotel project named Kondotel Jineng Tamansari Angkasa Pura Property. Its condotel was build on an area of 1,000 m2 situated in Sunset Road Kuta, a premium and thriving business district in Bali. The project was colaborated with PT Wijaya Karya Realty (a property subsidiary of state-owned construction firm Wijaya Karya). Other APP property projects are General Aviation Terminal (GAT) and Development Facility Maintanance and techinal Engineering (MTE) at Ngurah Rai Airport Bali, as well as Kondotel Adhika Pura Bali.

Requirements
- Maximum age 35 years.
- Minimal S1, Civil Engineering.
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the field of property development, property consultants, or property agent.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work in a team.
- Familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
- Willing to be placed in the site project.

- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the field of property development, property consultants, or property agent.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work in a team.

- Willing to be placed in the site project.

- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the field of supervision and planning of mechanical / electrical.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work in a team.
- Familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD/SketchUp.

- Willing to be placed in the site project.
