Tax Officer

Requirements
  • S1 Accounting / Fiscal Administration.
  • Male, minimum age of 23 years old.
  • Have a minimum of 1-3 years work experience in the same field, preferably at mining company.
  • Have a good knowledge of Taxation and Accounting
  • Have an understanding of tax regulations.
  • Have an understanding of Tax Reconciliation, VAT and income tax returns, annual tax returns Agency, Deferred Tax, Land Dispute
  • Have a good negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and managerial skills.
Legal Internship

Requirements
  • Maximum 23 years.
  • S1 Law (last semester students are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient knowledge of civil law.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Have the motivation and eager to learn.
  • Able to work in teams.
  • Duration of internship for 3 months starting in August 2014.
Head of HR Planning & Development Departement

Requirements
  • S1 majoring in Management / Industrial Engineering / Psychology, preferably S2 majoring in Management / Industrial Engineering / Psychology.
  • Minimum age 30 years old.
  • Have a minimum of 7 years work experience in the HR field, preferably having experience in Mining Company at least 3 years.
  • Having an understanding of the Training Module, Government Regulation, Engineering Recruitment, and Industrial realtion.
  • Having a deep understanding of HR.
  • Understanding the Process Mining.
  • Have managerial skills, communication, interpersonal, and presentation.
  • Have the organizational skills of strategy, risk management, and technical facilitator.
  • Computer literate.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Technical System Specialist

Requirements
  • S1 majoring in Informatics Engineering.
  • Technical expertise in Oracle, DWHS Design (especially in Oracle).
  • Having knowledge in Oracle DBA & Oracle DWHS.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience in similar position.
  • Willing to be placed at the site.
Internal Auditor Staff

Requirements
  • S1 majoring in Accounting.
  • Minimum age of 23 years old.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year working experience the same position.
  • Having the knowledge of accounting and auditing methods.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office.
Internal Auditor ( Superintendent Level )

Requirements
  • S1 majoring in Accounting.Minimum age of 28 years old.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience working the same position.
  • Having the knowledge of accounting, auditing methods, internal control, risk management, and risk based audits.
  • Preferably have QIA and or CIA certificates.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office. 
  • Have a good communication skill.
Finance Project Controller

Requirements
  • S1 Accounting, Finance.
  • Minimum age 24 years old.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Finance, 1 year experience in Mining Company.
  • Understanding the Process Mining
  • Able to create and analyze financial statements
  • Have a good negotiation skill.
  • Understanding HR Regulations and HSE Procedures.
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Willing to be placed in the Site (Kalimantan Area).
Head of Mine Planning Section

Requirements
  • S1 in Mining / Geology / Geodesy.
  • Male, age minimum 28 years old
  • Have a minimum of 5 years work experience in the same field.
  • Have POP certificate, preferably POM certificate.
  • Able to make long-term planning and short, along with the needs of the unit and operating costs.
  • Able to controls the mining activities to achieved targets and profit with safe, effective and efficient.
  • Familiar with mining softwares (Minex / Minescape / Xpac).
  • Able to drive the light vehicle and have SIM A.
  • Have a good leadership and managerial skills.
  • Possess excellent presentation skill and fluent in English.
Head of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Section (Superintendent Level)

Requirements
  • D3 / S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering
  • Experience the same position min. 5 years (in the mining industry).
  • Have POP certificate, preferably POM certificate.
  • Understanding the process of fabrication and maintenance of heavy equipment.
  • Computer literate, minimum Ms.Office.
  • Willing to be placed at the site.
Short Term Engineer

Requirements
  • S1 majoring in Mining Engineering.
  • Min 1 year working experience in similar position.
  • Familiar with MS Office, Minescape & XPAC, preferably Minex Software.
  • Understanding the Process Mining, short-term planning and scheduling.
  • Fluent in English and have a good presentation skill.
  • Have a good analytical and conceptual skills as well as risk management.
  • Willing to be placed in Kalimantan.
