PT Darma Henwa Tbk - Darma Henwa commonly abbreviated as PTDH is a reputable company in Indonesia that deals with integrated mining and energy services. Darma Henwa was established in 1991 as a general mining contractor. In 2004, Darma Henwa was changed into PT HWE Indonesia due to Henry Walker Group as the majority shareholders. In 2005, the Company renamed back to PT Darma Henwa and become a publicly-listed company in 2007 after listed its shares on Jakarta Stock Exchange (IDX) with share code DEWA. Darma Henwa is based in Jakarta and having operational area in Kalimantan and Papua. As of December 2013, PT Darma Henwa Tbk is owned by Zurich Assets International Ltd (21.61%), Goldwave Capital Limited (17.46%) and public (60.93%). In terms of financial performance, PTDH’s total revenue in 2013 reported 33.72% down, from USD 334,997,337 in 2012 to USD 222,028,647, while Company’s total assets declined by 16.77% to USD 365,758,029 from USD 439,475,800. Plant & Maintenance Trainer
Requirements
Male or Female with maximum age of 30 years old.
Minimum education of Senior High School (SMA).
Having relevant experience to the proposed position (min 4 years for SMA and 3 years for D3 / S1) in Mining Companies.
Have an understanding of the Training Need Analyst (TNA).
Having solid knowledge about the mining process, heavy equipments, and HSE procedures.
Able to manage subordinates.
Possess excellent presentation skills.
Preferably have Training for Trainers (TOT) and POP certificates.
Willing to be placed in the Site (Kalimantan Area).
