PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII (Persero) - PTPN XII is Surabaya-based plantation and agribusiness company with main commodities in the field of rubber, wood, coffee, cocoa, sugarcane, tea and other agricultural commodities. The Company is a non-listed plantation company which all shares are hold by the Government of Indonesia. PTPN 12 was formed in 1996 as a merger results of 3 state-owned plantation companies, namely ex PT Perkebunan XXIII (Persero), PT Perkebunan XXVI (Persero) and PT Perkebunan XXIX (Persero). At present, PTPN 12 manages approximately 60,000 hectares of plantation area in East Java province, spread in 3 regional areas and 34 plantation units. In terms of financial performance, PTPN 12 succeeded in achieving sound growth. Total net profit increased 8.77% from Rp 128.92 billions in 2012 to Rp 140.22 billions in 2013. This figures was stated by PTPN 12 in its annual report 2013 as cited by JobsCDC.com.

General Requirements
Indonesian Citizen (WNI) with maximum age of 30 years old as of 1 January 2015.
Minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.75 for PTN and 3.00 for PTS (on a 4-point scale).
Willing to be stationed in all working area of PTPN XII.
Preferably have relevant work experience.
Due to the nature of the work performed, required Male (only for D-PTN).
Physically and mentally healthy and not involved in drug abuse as indicated by a medical certificate.
Never convicted of a crime as indicated by a Police Records (SKCK).
Never been dishonorably discharged from government or private agencies.
