Mikro Area Head

Requirements

• Male/Female, with maximum age of 40 years old.
• Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors.
• Understanding and knowledge of micro-banking business, credit analysis and collateral valuation.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in lead banking unit, preferably micro banking.
• Good appearance, confident, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Have a good vision and strategy in developing area.
• Target oriented.

Area Financing Reviewer

Requirements

• Male/Female, with maximum age of 37 years old.
• Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in micro analyst
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Office usage (Word & Excel).
• Have driving license class C (SIM C) and motor cycle.

Mikro Unit Head

Requirements

• Male/Female, with maximum age of 37 years old.
• Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors.
• Understanding and knowledge of micro-banking business, credit analysis and collateral valuation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in lead banking unit, preferably micro banking.
• Possess excellent negotiation, selling, and credit risk mitigation skills.
• Have a good vision and strategy in developing area.
• Target oriented.

Financing Reviewer

Requirements

• Male/Female, with maximum age of 37 years old.
• Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in micro banking.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Office usage (Word & Excel).
• Have driving license class C (SIM C) and motor cycle.

Marketing

Requirements

• Male/Female, with maximum age of 37 years old.
• Have a Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, preferably having experience as marketing (micro banking will be an advantage).
• Good appearance, confident, and have a good communication skill.
• Target oriented.
• Good integrity.
• Have driving license class C (SIM C) and motor cycle.

Relationship and Collection

Requirements

• Male/Female, with maximum age of 37 years old.
• Have a Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors.
• At least 1 year of working experience at banking or financial institutions, especially as marketing or collection (micro banking will be an advantage).
• Have a good collection skills, both soft collection and hard collection.
• Have driving license class C (SIM C) and motor cycle.

Area Support

Requirements

• Male/Female, with maximum age of 32  years old.
• Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of administration.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Office usage (Word & Excel).
