PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek - KCJ or known as KAI Commuter is a reputable transportation which specializes in managing railways services in the area of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek). PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek is a directly-owned subsidiary company of state-owned railways operator PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). At present, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) holds 99.78% of the total shares in KCJ with the remainder of the shares belonging to Pusaka Foundation (0.22%). As of December 2013, KCJ have a workforce of over 1,593 people. In terms of financial performance, KCJ posted an increase of 170% in total net profit from Rp 50 billion in 2012 to Rp 135 billion in 2013. This figures was stated by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in its 2013 annual report as cited by JobsCDC.com.

Requirements
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
- Female.
- Minimum age of 18 years and maximum age of 30 years old as of 1 January 2015
- Minimum education of D3/S1 with minimum GPA of 2.95 from accredited "A" faculty.
- Minimum height of 160 cm with ideal of weight.
- Good appearance, friendly and communicative.
- At least 2 years of experiences as Secretary.
- Fluent in English both oral and written, and able to speak Japanese as a value-added.
- Good character as evidenced by SKCK from the National Police.
- Physically and mentally healthy and not color blind.
- Never involved with drugs and or psychotropic substances.
- Not being under contract directly with other agencies.
- Willing to be placed in all working areas of KAI Commuter.
- Legalized copies of diploma and academic transcripts.
- Copy of the accreditation of the faculty of BAN PT
- Copy of valid ID Card.
- Recent color photograph 4x6 (2 pieces).
- Drug free certificate from the competent authority.
- Valid SKCK.
- Health and not color blind certificate from doctor.
- Affidavit willing to be placed throughout the PT. KAI Commuter Jabodetabek stamped Rp 6,000.
- Curriculum Vitae, to include work experience and attach reference work for experienced workers.
