PT Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore - Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO or commonly abbreviated as  PHE WMO is a well-established upstream oil and gas company in Indonesia. PHE WMO having upstream oil and gas facility in West Madura Offshore (WMO) block, situated at Northwest of Madura Island, East Java Province. PHE WMO is an affiliate of state-owned oil company PT Pertamina (Persero). As of December 2013, PT Pertamina (Persero) holds a 100 percent stake in PHE WMO through its subsidiaries, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (99%) and PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy (1%). PHE WMO maintain consistency in making positive performance in 2013. PHE WMO reported total oil and gas production of 29,227 BOEPD in 2013. This reflected an increased from 24,901 BOEPD in 2012, according to PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Annual Report 2013 as cited by JobsCDC.com.

Contract Engineer

Requirements

• Have Bachelors Degree (S1) majoring in Engineering.
• Masters Degree in Project Management and Legal Background will be an advantage.
• At least 5 years of working experience in related Oil & Gas industry.
• Knowledgeable in General Oil & Gas Procurement Process (Contract Management), Project Risk Management and also familiar with Government regulation related to Services Contract
• English proficiency.
• Good skill in operating Micorosoft Office.
• Basic knowledge in SKK Migas Regulations / PTK 007.
