Market Research Officer
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field, preferablt staff, specializing in Marketing/Business Development of equivalent.
- Have a good skills in market research, economics, market survey research, data analysis, telecommunication, macro economics.
- Full-time position(s) available.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field, preferably majoring in Telecommunication, IT, Economic and Marketing.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field, preferably staff specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Previous exposure in telecommunication industry will be an advantage.
- Active, attractive and have good communication skill.
- Have a good presentation, negotiation and selling skills.
- Able to communicate in at least Bahasa and English, on both verbal & written.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 42 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, IT, Telecommunication. Post graduate degree will be highly prioritized.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resource function or 5 years in managerial level.
- Previous experience in telecommunication company will be an advantage.
- Experience in the development and effective delivery/facilitation of training programs to achieved specified learning outcomes.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the field of HR Recruitment, People and Development and Career Management.
- Demonstrated competence in conceptual, analytical and problom solving.
- Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, conselling, negotiating and report writting.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
