General Requirements

1. For External Applicants
• Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
• Minimum D3 from all majors with minimum accredited C.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS) within 4.00 scales.
• Birth of 1 January 1988 or thereafter.
• Physically and mentally healthy, drug free and not color blind.
• Good looking.
• Able to obey all the recruitment rules
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
2. For internal applicants
• Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
• Applicants are at grade 6 or under and not currently undergoing disciplinary punishment.
• Physically and mentally healthy, drug free and not color blind.
• Able to obey all the recruitment rules
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

1. Application letter and Curriculum Vitae (CV), addressed to Direktur Utama Pegadaian c.q Pemimpin Wilayah Pegadaian (address as per the table below).
2. Recent color phorograph 4x6 (4 sheets) and full body postcard size (2 sheets).
3. Copy of valid ID Card.
4. Copy of birth certificate (akte kelahiran/surat kenal lahir).
5. Copy of family card (KK).
6. Legalized copies of educational certificate and transcript (for PTS must legalized by Kopertis).
7. Police Record (SKCK), both Original or legalized copies.
8. Not color blind certificate from Government Hospital or Puskesmas.
9. Drug free certificate from Government Hospital or Puskesmas.
10. Certificate of unmarried (minimum from local village office).
11. Statement letter stamped Rp 6,000 (please download statement letter at source below). 

Internal applicants (included in the application file folder green color)

1. Application letter and Curriculum Vitae (CV), addressed to Direktur Utama Pegadaian c.q Pemimpin Wilayah Pegadaian (address as per the table below).

4. Last Decree/SK (appointment / diversion / transfer / grade).
5. Copy of educational certificate.
6. Not color blind certificate from Government Hospital or Puskesmas.
7. Drug free certificate from Government Hospital or Puskesmas.
