PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk - BDI or commonly known as Bank Danamon is prominent privately-owned banks in Indonesia. Bank Danamon was incorporated on 1956 under the name of Bank Kopra. The name of Bank Danamon officially launched in 1976. The name of Danamon is derived from ‘dana moneter’ which meaning monetary fund.  In 1989, Bank Danamon reached one significant milestone by listing on the Jakarta Stock Exchange (now Indonesia Stock Exchange/IDX). Bank Danamon's shares are registered on IDX under reference code BDMN. As of 30 September 2015, Asia Financial (Indonesia) Pte Ltd is the majority shareholder at Bank Danamon, with 67.37% of ownership. Another 6.81% are owned by JPMCB-Franklin Templeton Investment Funds, while the rest are owned by public (25.82%). Asia Financial (Indonesia) Pte Ltd is a unit of Singapore’s Temasek Group. With services in all parts of Indonesia, Bank Danamon now has 2,156 office networks, including conventional branch offices, micro banking units (Danamon Simpan Pinjam/DSP), syariah units as well as branch offices of its subsidiaries.

In term of financial performance, Bank Danamon registered total comprehensive income (consolidated) of Rp 1,995.45 billion in the first 9 month of 2015 (ended in 30 September 2015), down 6% from Rp 2,122.88 billion from the same period last year largely due to economic slowdown. • Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) with GPA (scale 4.00) of minimum 2.75, preferably majoring in Economics, Manahement or Marketing.
• Maximum age of 26 years old.
• Possess excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Ms Excel and Ms Power Point).
• Strong interpersonal skill, supple, flexible and have a high mobility.
• Strong sense of analytical thinking and has a keen business logic.
• Able to expand the community networwork between local businesses in order to achieve business growth targets.
• Placement area : Central Java and DIY.
