PT Hutama Karya (Persero) - PT HK or referred to as "Hutama Karya" is an established and experienced general construction services, EPC and investment company. Hutama Karya is a state-owned company and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. The Company was formed in 1961 as a nationalization results of a Dutch East Indies general contractors company named Hollandsch Beton Maatschappij. Hutama Karya is domiciled in Jakarta and now has 10 division units and 7 regional areas and also supported by 3 key subsidiary companies, namely PT HK Realtindo, PT Pole Haka (Hakapole), and PT Hakaaston.

- S1/S2 Management SDM / Psychology
- S1 Informatic Management (S1 TI)
- S1 Accounting ( S1 AC)
- S1 Civil Engineering (S1 CE)
- Male.
- Graduated from state university (Fresh Graduate).
- Minimum GPA of 2.85 for state university and 3.00 for private university (A accreditation durings 3 years).
- Maximum age of 24 years old (S1).
- Willing to be assigned in all working area of PT Hutama Karya (Persero).
- Good English language skills (oral and written).
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Office / Open Office usage (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point).
- Healthy performance, with proportional appearance (minimum height of 162 cm).
- Highly power struggle and highly driven with a strong commitment in achieving career, personal, organizational goal.
- Have a good teamwork.
