PT Pertamina Retail - Pertamina Retail is an established downstream oil and gas company under PT Pertamina (Persero) or Pertamina Group, the national oil company of Indonesia. Pertamina Retail is majority owned by Pertamina Group with a 99.97% stake. Other 0.03% stake in Pertamina Retail was owned by PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental. Pertamina Retail has its business activities focused in fuel and non fuel retail business. Its businesses include managing retail public fuel filling station (SPBU), fuel trade and fuel transportation services. According to Pertamina Retail Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Pertamina Retail successfully closed 2014 with an 29.2% increase in total revenues to reach Rp 9,188.70 billion as compared with Rp 7,113.46 billion in 2013. Total comprehensive income grew considerably to Rp 60.07 billion, from Rp 55.85 billion in in the previous year (2013).

Management Trainee
Requirements
Not older than 27 years of age.
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University Department of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marketing Management and Advertising.
A minimum final GPA of 3.00 / 4.00
Minimum 1 year experience in the same field (recent graduate are welcome to apply).
Communicative and strong negotiation skill.
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
Single.
Willing to follow the training program.
