According to the Company's latest financial report as cited by JobsCDC.com, United Tractors recorded total net income of Rp5.57 trillion in 3Q 2015 as compared with Rp 4.78 trillion in the third quarter of 2014 (3Q 2014). Total revenue decreased 6% from Rp40.8 trillion in 3Q 2014 to Rp 38.29 trillion in 3Q 2015.

- Maximum age of 25 years old.
- Background in Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in one of these majors :
- BC : All Major.
- ASC : All Major.
- ADH : Economic Major.
- PDH : Engineering Major.
- SDH : Electrical and Mechanical Major.
- Strong academic result, with the minimum GPA of 2.75 (BC and ASC) or 3.00 (ADH, PDH and SDH) on a 4.0 grade scale.
- Willing to be relocated in all site and branch around Indonesia.
- Open to final year students of Bachelor Degree who will graduate before April 2016.
