In term of financial performance, Bank BCA showed improved performance in 9M 2015. Referring to its First Nine Months 2015 Results, Bank BCA booked total net profit of of Rp 12,919.54 billion (unaudited, bank only) in 9M 2015. This reflected a 9.71% growth as compared with total net profit in the same period at previous year (9M 2014) of Rp 11,775.88 billion (unaudited, bank only).

Requirements
- Have an educational background Computer, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale (for S1) or 3.25 on a 4.00 grade scale (for S2).
- Male / Female with a maximum age of 25 years old (S1) and 27 years old (S2).
- Logic and strong analytical skills.
- Able to work in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal relations skills.
- Proactive, creative and have high integrity.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
- Not married and willing not to get married during the education period.
