PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PLN later known as "PT PLN (Persero)" is a well-established state-owned electricty power company in Indonesia and is wholly-owned by the Indonesian Government. PT PLN (Persero) is the national electricity power company of Indonesia and operates primarily as a provider of electricity power in Indonesia,
including generation, distribution, transmission and other electricity

According to PT PLN (Persero) Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, the Company's revenue in 2015 reached Rp 217,347 billion with 12.37% increase compared to 2014 which was Rp 193,418 billion. Total net profit in 2015 amounted to Rp 15,585 billion. This reflected an 11.28% increase as compared with Rp 14,004 billion in 2014.

- Marital status : Single and willing not to get married during the "Diklat Prajabatan" training program.
- Male, birth in 1996 and thereafter.
- Education background in Senior High School (SMA) IPA and Vocational High School (SMK), majoring in Mechanical and Electricity (graduate and have a diploma).
- Already 17 years old in July 2016.
- Minimum average national exam score of 65 with a scale of 100.
- Willing to follow Diklat Prajabatan Training Program for maximum 12 months with status as Siswa Diklat Prajabatan.
- If passed Diklat Prajabata Training Program will be appointed as a permanent employee and must undergo a bond for 5 years starting appointed as an employee
