PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk - PTSB or referred to as "Semen Baturaja" is a reputable state-owned cement producers in Indonesia which based in Palembang South Sumatera. Semen Baturaja was first established in 1974 and initially owned by PT Semen Gresik and PT Semen Padang, respectively with share ownership of 45% and 55%. Later in 1991, the Government of Indonesia took over 100% of Semen Baturaja's shares. In 2013, Semen Baturaja went public and its shares are treaded on the Indonesia Stock Exhcange (IDX) under stock code SMBR. As of December 2016, PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk is 76.24% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 23.76% by public. Semen Baturaja now has installed total production capacity of 3.85 million tons of cements per year through its 3 cement plants; Palembang Plant, Baturaja Plant  Ogan Komiring Ulu and Panjang Plant Lampung.

Total operating income of Semen Baturaja in 2016 grew 2% to Rp328.42 billion from Rp323.26 billion in 2015. Semen Baturaja registered total net profit of Rp259.09 billion in 2016 or decreased by 27% from Rp354.18 billion in 2015.

General Requirements

• Fresh Graduate (S1, D3, and SMK).
• Strong academic results
• D3/S1 : minimum GPA of 3.00.
• SMK : minimum average NEM / NUN of 7.0.
• Single with the maximum age of 23 years old for SMK, 26 years old for D3 and 30 years old for S1.
• Physically and mentally healthy as evidenced by a doctor's certificate.
• Drug-Free certificate.
• TOEFL certificate with a minimum score of 500 (S1) and 450 (D3).
• Good behavior as evidenced by SKCK.
