PT SIS operates primarily as a provider of an integrated mining services, contract mining, civil works and infrastructure development, as well as logistical support to leading mining companies in Indonesia with international standard. PT Saptaindra Sejati is a mining services subsidiary company of PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADARO Group), one of the largest public-listed coal mining groups in Indonesia. At present, PT Adaro Energy Tbk holds 100% ownership of Saptaindra Sejati’s shares. Drill and Black Group Leader / Unit Head (Code : GL/UH-DB)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old and maximum age of 45 years old (SPV).
  • Education background in Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mining or Geologist.
  • Possess certification in Class II Blaster.
  • Holds around 3 - 7 years of experience in drilling and blasting.
  • Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
  • Have solid understanding about applications of drill blast design and shot plus software.
  • Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.
  • Physically and mentally fit.
  • Willing to be placed in all site projects.
Engineering Group Leader / Supervisor (Code : GL/SPV-ENG)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Education background in Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mining / Geology / Geodesy / Civil.
  • Holds around 3 - 5 years of experience in mining industry as a mine engineer.
  • Possess license POP.
  • Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail.
  • Good communication in both English (verbal and written) and computer literate.
  • Physically and mentally fit.
  • Willing to be placed in all site projects.
Mine Plan Engineer (Code : MPL-ENG)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Education background in Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mining / Geology / Geodesy.
  • Holds around 3 - 5 years of experience in mining industry as a mine engineer.
  • Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail.
  • Good communication in both English (verbal and written) and computer literate.
  • Physically and mentally fit.
  • Willing to be placed in all site projects.
Surveyor Group Leader / Supervisor (Code : SURVEY-GL/SPV)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Education background in Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodesy, Industrial Engineering.
  • Holds around 3 - 5 years of experience in mining industry as a Mine Planner, or a Mine Surveyor/Pit Controller or a Project Controller Group Leader/Jr. Manager/Supervisor.
  • Possess license POP would be an advantage
  • Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape and Xpac and Theodolit and GPS for Mine Survey will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail.
  • Good communication in both English (verbal and written) and computer literate.
  • Physically and mentally fit.
  • Willing to be placed in all site projects.
Instructor Heavy Equipment (Code :INS-HE)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Education background in Senior High School / Diploma degree from any major.
  • Holds around 2 - 5 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment instructor especially in mining industry.
  • Possess certification in Training For Trainer (TFT).
  • Able to teach (in-class and field practical).
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Have a strong communication skill.
  • Willing to be placed in our site project.
Operation Manager (Code : OPRM)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 45 years old.
  • Education background in Bachelor degree from faculty of Mining / Geology engineering.
  • Required experience for minimum 15 years in Coal mining and holds around 3 – 5 years as a manager.
  • Possess certification in POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) is preferred.
  • Good communication in both English (verbal and written) and computer literate (MS office and Internet).
  • Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007.
  • Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury).
  • Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Possess certification in second class blasting and POP / POM would be an advantage.
  • Mastering mine production operations: Planning, Over Burden & Coal Production, Drilling and Blasting, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment and Supporting.
  • Able to act in an objective, non-discriminatory and have a decisive nature.
  • Dare to take decisions quickly and accurately.
  • Good health and able to work under pressure with good result.
Production Section Head (Code : SH-PROD)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
  • Education background in Bachelor degree in relevant field.
  • Holds around 5 – 8 years of experience in open pit coal mining area as a section head.
  • Possess certification in second class blasting and POP / POM would be an advantage.
  • Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ.
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office Jakarta and all site projects.
Engineering Section Head (Code : SH-ENG)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
  • Education background in Bachelor degree in relevant field.
  • Holds around 5 – 8 years of experience in open pit coal mining area as a section head or manager or related position.
  • Possess certification in first class blasting and POP / POM would be an advantage. 
  • Possess certification in Minescape or SURPAC.
  • Willing to be placed in our site project.
SHE Group Leader / Unit Head (Code : GL – SHE / UH-SHE)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Education background in Diploma Degree (for GL-SHE ) or Bachelor Degree (for UH-SHE) majoring in Environment / Public Health / Safety and Health (GPA: 2,75 ~ up).
  • Required experience for minimum 1 year in Safety, Health and Environment Field.
  • Previous experience in mining area will be advantage.
  • Passive English.
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Physically and mentally fit.
  • Willing to be placed in all site projects
Production Group Leader / Unit Head  (Code : GL – PROD / UH - PROD)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old and maximum age of 45 years old (SPV).
  • Education background in Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mining / Civil.
  • Holds around 3 - 7 years of experience in open pit coal mining area as a Group Leader.
  • Possess license in POP.
  • Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ.
  • Physically and mentally fit.
  • Willing to be placed in all site projects.
