Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Psychology or Industrial Engineering.
- Have an outstanding academic record with GPA more than 3.00.
- The candidates with prior experience for minimum 2-3 years as Recruiter or Talent Sourcing Specialist would be preferred
- Fresh graduates with good interpersonal and high passion in HR field, are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity in conducting selection procedure would be beneficial.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill is a must.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written is required.
