Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Telecommunication, IT, Management or related field
- Possess certification on certain area (ITILF, Etc) will be an advantage
- Strong understanding on helpdesk/service desk and business process
- Required experience for minimum 3 years in telecommunication industry, especially helpdesk/service management
- Wide understanding on telecommunication systems
- Experience on people development
- Understand business process within related functions
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Excellent English skills both oral and written
- \Excellent in using MS Excel and web database development will be and advantage.
