Customer Service Associate
Primary Accountabilities:- Responsible for processing all the orders for all customers in dedicated area as assigned
- Providing the information such as: Monthly Pre-orders, Monthly Sales Report, Pending Orders, Stock list, Update Pre-Order Report, Product Status (delayed/canceled/drop article/price changes)
- Process, filing & recording returns and make sure all the process flows accordingly and meet the time line given
- Responsible of Customer Database, New Customer acceptance process, also maintain and updating customer card data base
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a customer service
- Ability to read & write English and Indonesian language
- Proficient in the use of computers and MS Application Software (Excel essential)
