MERCYCORPS, an international relief and development organization that focused on alleviating hardships, reducing poverty and improving living conditions of vulnerable populations in crisis urgently searching for qualified Indonesia citizens for FUND MANAGER, providing analysis, review, and administration of eligible micro finance institution to obtain funding for rating services, with the following qualifications:- S1/S2 degree in management / financial or related subject preferred
- Min. 3 years experience in program management or grant management related to micro finance, with vendor management experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement Fund administration, to oversee review processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of funding to MFIs and partner, and to maintain a database related to grantees and their performance areas is preferable
- Strong demonstrated interpersonal and communications skills, as well as ability to market fund to micro finance institutions and vendors
- Knowledge and understanding of financial statements and financial reporting is a must
- Demonstrate an ability to provide administrative leadership and stewardships for large-scale programming for multi-country implementation
- Willingness to travel throughtout the project areas
- Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically
- Flunecy in both verbal and written English and Indonesian communication, to include strong report writting skills
- Demonstrated high standards of professionalism, stewardships, objectivity, discreation, sound judgement, and attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work independently and cooperatively with team members
