Job Description:
- Supporting Area Sales Manager in order to achieve sales target by creating sales promo and doing local activities
- Coordinating with sales support for sales support activities such as front liners training events, etc.
- Maintain and controlling Team Promo
- Responsible, organizing, planning and execution on all sales promo activities
- Create and organizing until the execution of any kind of event that support area manager on their area territory
- Minimum S1 from reputable University
- Have good experience in the sales field either direct or indirect sales
- Demonstrated strong thinking, organizing and planning capabilities with team on the exhibition, event, road show and all other activities that will support sales
- Minimum 3 years experience in push sales promo program that involving distributor, dealer front liners and principal
Area Sales Manager Padang
Detail of Responsibilities:
- Managing Area Supervisor in developing the business in the assigned region
- Monitor competitors activities and propose any actions to the management
- Reporting
Job Requirement:
- Minimum preferable S1
- Minimum 5 years working experiences, telco background is a plus
- At least 2 years in managing large sales force
- Comfortable with the use of computer/lap top, using Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Willing to be placed in any location all around Indonesia --> prefer to be placed in current strong exposure
