PT Nutricia Indonesia Sejahtera a Leading aggressive World Class Baby Nutrition Company is currently looking for the qualified candidate to become a part of Sales Department as a District Manager based in Surabaya, Bandung, Jakarta, Lampung and Pontianak.
The incumbent will be responsible to assist Regional Consumer Sales Manager in managing and controlling all promotion activities to consumer and retailer in district level and maintaining regular working coordination with outlet /store as well as distributor/sub distributor in order to achieve sales target. He / She will also be responsible to achievement Distribution, display and volume levels, to meet/exceed Sales Plan, at agreed price levels through an efficient and effective sales force and distributor management and in line with Company policies and values

DISTRICT CONSUMER SALES MANAGER
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and expand distribution in line with Company’s policies
- To manage and control activities of SPC (sales promotion coordinator), PE (Promotion Executives) and TM (Tele Marketers) in implementing the promotion execution to consumer effectively in accordance to our plan and strategy.
- Provide report and analysis of sales and promotion activities at district level to Regional Manager correctly and timely
- Responsible for the execution of training and development to SPC, PE and TM based on the schedule and procedures to improve their quality of work.
- Propose, execute, analyze and evaluate promotion activities at district level to achieve target.
- Manage the promotion materials (POS) at district level, to be implemented and placed correctly and effectively to consumer and customer, and responsible for the logistic of this POS to be available at the district level.
- Responsible as the contact person from Nutricia to distributor at district level to synchronize target, order booking, and availability of NIS product.
- Provide necessary information and product knowledge training to distributor and customer regarding to our business.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customer / retailers at district level (buyer, merchandising manager, category manager) through regular meeting and communication. (i.e. market overview, sales achievement, Promotion activity, next quarter plan etc). In coordination with Customer Team.
- Monitor distributor performance at district level on (service levels, promotion activities implementation) to retail outlet and give recommendation to distributor for improvement, In coordination with Distribution Team.
To become a successful candidate you must have at least:
- Educated to Bachelor degree level with minimum experience in Consumer area of 2 years.
- Strong exposures in the industry particularly Consumer Area.
- Must possess analytical skills
- Must be able to act on own initiative
- Must demonstrate organizational sensitivity
- Must demonstrate potential for further development in the company
- Must posses computer skills, managerial skill, leadership skill, and interpersonal skill.
- English Skills is also required.
