Key Account Executive
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and servicing key accounts and maintaining high level of sales achievement in targeted market segments
- Support the Group Key Account Manager in establishing the strategic development of business annual plans
- Conduct business review to gain competitive advantage
- Planning, execution, monitoring, response and review process of sales plan and KPIs
- Ensure channel pricing are complied with company guidelines
- Keep abreast of competition, products and markets within confectionery
- Develop strategy and action plan for the key accounts
- Our ideal candidate is incumbent that holds Bachelor degree in Economics, Management or other discipline from reputable University, with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in FMCG industry (food category) in key account management
- Possess high ownership and can-do attitude that able to work independently, confident and results-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Have basic analytical skills and be able to look at issues from different perspectives and be a proven achiever, ideally from within the FMCG (food category)
- Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
Sales Coordinator – East Java
Responsibilities:
- The role is responsible for selling our well known, Cadbury brand in modern trade channel in East Java province.
- Implement sales activities and trade promotions within the assigned budget.
- Achieving sales target.
- Ensure the availability of the products in stores.
- Check the merchandising display of the products in stores.
- Record and control the bad stock returns.
- Good in communication skills both written and verbal
- Focus on sales target achievements.
- Good negotiation and selling skills
- Bachelor degree (S1) in any discipline from reputable University.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in food category by selling through modern trade channels.
- Possesses experience in Multinational Consumer Goods Company.
