Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible for selling IBM offerings (hardware) through Business Partners.
- They are specialized in a set of related offerings known as disciplines, and assigned to specific opportunities where they possess the sales and technical expertise required to conduct all phases of the sales cycle.
- For assigned opportunities, they are responsible for closing the sale and positively influencing customer satisfaction with respect to the engagement and IBM offerings.
- They have developed an understanding of the sales processes, techniques and tools in the discipline, which include, but are not limited to opportunity / territory management, availability management, network management, application development, cost justification, recovery services, and acquisition management.
- Minimum of Bachelor degree. Preferably from technical background.
- Minimum 5 years working experience with minimum 3 years working experience as Sales in IT industry.
- Working experience with server/storage products.
- Good interpersonal skills.
RELATIONSHIP SALES

- Employees in this role support IBM Business Partners, including distributors, channels, and software developers, acquiring an extensive knowledge of their client's industry.
- Responsible for the total customer relationship with one strategic or several important Business Partners.
- Plan and execute an effective relationship strategy and maintains effective long-term business relationships at the senior level with key decision makers and influencers. Employees in this role plan and facilitate and/or conduct complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments.
- Responsible for revenue (sell to, sell with and/or sell through), market share, and customer satisfaction on assigned accounts.
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree from any background.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience with 3 years of working experience related to sales/customer relationship.
- Working experience in IT industry will be preferable.
Territory Sales Representative – Cross Industries

- Proven sales track record in the market.
