SALES SPECIALIST – BUSINESS PARTNER
(POSITION CODE: S_D-0217942)

Responsibilities:
  • This role is responsible for selling IBM offerings (hardware) through Business Partners.
  • They are specialized in a set of related offerings known as disciplines, and assigned to specific opportunities where they possess the sales and technical expertise required to conduct all phases of the sales cycle.
  • For assigned opportunities, they are responsible for closing the sale and positively influencing customer satisfaction with respect to the engagement and IBM offerings.
  • They have developed an understanding of the sales processes, techniques and tools in the discipline, which include, but are not limited to opportunity / territory management, availability management, network management, application development, cost justification, recovery services, and acquisition management.
Desired Candidate:
  • Minimum of Bachelor degree. Preferably from technical background.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience with minimum 3 years working experience as Sales in IT industry.
  • Working experience with server/storage products.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
RELATIONSHIP SALES

Responsibilities:
  • Employees in this role support IBM Business Partners, including distributors, channels, and software developers, acquiring an extensive knowledge of their client's industry.
  • Responsible for the total customer relationship with one strategic or several important Business Partners.
  • Plan and execute an effective relationship strategy and maintains effective long-term business relationships at the senior level with key decision makers and influencers. Employees in this role plan and facilitate and/or conduct complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments.
  • Responsible for revenue (sell to, sell with and/or sell through), market share, and customer satisfaction on assigned accounts.
Desired Candidate:
  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree from any background.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience with 3 years of working experience related to sales/customer relationship.
  • Working experience in IT industry will be preferable.
Territory Sales Representative – Cross Industries

Responsibilities:
  • Employees in this role develop, through direct customer contact, an effective, ongoing business relationship with their major small and medium business clients in Petroleum and Telco industry segments.
  • They identify opportunities, provide solutions to their business needs and improve their business and financial performance.
  • Employees in this role require knowledge of the availability and use of all available marketing resources.
  • Responsibilities include:-Select and prioritize the high-growth and value revenue opportunities-Participate in or lead cross functional sales and marketing teams-Develop client e-business propositions that clearly identify financial and other business benefits-Select the appropriate offerings that will meet client’s business objectives-Select territory distribution channels for solution delivery, with Territory Partner Management.-Identify and utilize all marketing resources available to help meet territory objectives-Accountable for total customer satisfaction, market share, IBM revenue and profit.
Desired Candidate:
  • Minimum of Bachelor degree from any background.
  • Working professional experience in IT industry as Sales/Account Management of minimum 5 years.
  • Proven sales track record in the market.
  • Working experience in bringing IT Solution to Petroleum/Telco industries.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
