It enchants Asia by opening its heavenly door in the heart of Jakarta and hosts one majestic and historical building that nestles in one of the main road of the prestigious Menteng vicinity. Currently is opening vacant for this following positions:Graphic Designer
Requirements:
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.
- Work closely with users to manage the menus, brochures, advertisement, company website, and directly report to Marketing Manager of Buddha Bar.
- Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer.
- Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.
- Photograph layouts, using camera, to make layout prints.
- Male or Female, maximum age: 27 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Well knowledge and skills in: Adobe in design (advanced), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Willing to work in tight schedule.
PUBLIC RELATION & MARKETING
Requirements:
- Minimum holds Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing, Management, Economics or Public Relations.
- Min. 3 years of professional experience as a PR & Marketing (preferably from Hospitality industry).
- Fluency in English, both written and communication.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Self-motivation, and has great communication skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills and culture awareness.
- Managing, overseeing and implementing PR and Marketing strategies to enhance Company public and internal image.
- Establishing relationship with members of the sector specific media.
- Internal Communication as well as monitoring media coverage.
- Identifying key messages and communicating them to potential alliance partners including organizing events for partners.
- Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople; answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email.
- Distributing press releases to targeted media.
- Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours.
- Fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives.
- Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation.
Financial Controller
Plans, develops, and controls financial and accounting function of the company in providing comprehensive and timely financial information in the process of decision making to attain company financial objectives.
Requirements:
- Plans, manages and controls cash flow, debt management to ensure financial liquidity.
- Plans and develops financial and accounting system and procedure and control implementation to ensure all financial process and transactions running well and minimizes financial risks.
- Manages and control plans, report and tax payment in accordance to government regulation.
- Manages accounting function in data processing and financial information to provide accurate report in timely manner.
- Develops and coordinates necessary and appropriate accounting and statistical data for all departments of the business to meet the needs and management and statutory reporting.
- Controls and manages inventory movement of adequate stock availability.
- Maintain Purchasing Staff to have the most updated supplier with good quotation offered.
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting and Masters Degree (S2) will be advantage.
- Minimum 8 years experience (F&B industry preferable).
- Having Tax knowledge and Maintain high accuracy in process of finance & accounting.
- Proficient in oral and written English.
