Bancassurance Business Trainer
Responsibilities:
- To deliver training module, to modify training material and monitor the market trends for training purposes.
- To provide training and development monthly reports.
- To implement training and development activities.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Age 25 – 35 years old
- Have good knowledge about Training Need Analysis and Training Management.
- Excellence communication in English (oral & written).
- Have passion to teach.
- Dynamic, creative and people oriented.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in delivering training ( Insurance Trainer )
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
