Store General Manager

Responsibilities:
Objectives: To manage, coordinate and control the entire operations of Hypermarket that runs according to Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPP) and the approved target and budget to achieve profit target and Company’s goal to build Hypermarket as a convenient place to shop.

Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor Degree (S1)
• At least four (4) years experiences as Division Manager GMS, Grocery & Fresh
• Good sense of entrepreneurial skill, negotiation skill and able to communicate with different levels of people
• Computer literate
• Proficient in English (verbal & written) is a must
• Having Strong leadership
• Retail experience is a must

Category Manager Audio Video

Responsibilities:
Objectives: to develop and implement strategic plans for assigned categories within framework of a disciplined category management business process so as to achieve company’s financial goals and objectives, improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance measures of the company.

Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Minimum 5 years experiences in similar Retail Business operations and merchandising position (especially in electronics)
• Good sense of entrepreneurial skill, negotiation skill and able to communicate with different levels of people
• Computer literate
• Proficient in English (verbal & written) is a must

Category Manager For Grocery

Responsibilities:
Objectives: to develop and implement strategic plans for assigned categories within framework of a disciplined category management business process so as to achieve company’s financial goals and objectives, improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance measures of the company

Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Minimum 5 years experiences in similar Retail Business operations and merchandising position (Specially in Groceries)
• Good sense of entrepreneurial skill, negotiation skill and able to communicate with different levels of people
• Computer literate
• Proficient in English (verbal & written) is a must
