HR – Development Manager/ Specialist (HR)
The incumbent will be responsible to handle organizational and people development activities such as competency assessment, performance management, training and development, talent management and succession plan in order to support the organization to achieve its goals.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, Master degree in human resource management or management is an advantage
- Understand and able to implement the concept of Competency Based Human Resource Management
- Understand and able to implement Balanced Scorecard
- Understand and able to implement our company values
- Ability to plan and organize a set of actions involving various resources to ensure goals achievement in effective and efficient way
- Ability to interact and communicate to various levels of people in the organization
- > 5 years of relevant experience in HR development area; experience in HR consulting company is an advantage
