TECHNICAL ADVISOR for SERVER and STORAGE PRODUCTS
Job Description
- Technical advisor for server and storage products & infrastructure solution.
- Should have been involved in Systems & Application integration projects.
- Should have strong knowledge of Server, Storage, and OS technologies.
- Should have experience of presales engagements.
- As part of presales engagement , should have made technical proposals.
- Should have experience of public speaking in customer forum, tech sessions etc.
- The primary pre-sales technical interface with the customer, he/she will recognize the client's business needs, interpret them, and produce the solution design proposals.
- Supporting the sales team throughout the business winning process, also assist in the implementation.
- S1 graduate from reputable university, preferably in Technical/IT major.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Experience 2+ years with knowledge of installation, integration and maintenance of enterprise class servers and storage.
- Strong Hardware knowledge - Hard drives, Controllers/Adapters, RAID, Fibre Channel, SCSI and iSCSI technology.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to read the audience.
- Ability to think ´outside of the box´ and relate product benefits back to the customer.
