Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia – National Office is looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and dynamic person to fill the vacant position of IT Operation Services Manager, reporting directly to the e-Business and Services Delivery Manager. IT Operation Services Manager held the responsibility for managing the operational business framework and SLA in delivering services of deployed IT solutions & infrastructure services across CCDI business systems in National Office, Operations & Plants, and Sales Centers.
IT Operation Services Manager
In your capacity as the IT Operation Services Manager you should held leadership accountability for delivering high quality IT operational services including:
- Held leadership accountability for delivering high quality IT operational services including : Distributed Computing (2100+ computer desktops & laptops, 10000+ ROAM devices, 8000+ seat deployed licenses software), Telco & Network (1600+ phone extension, 1800+ network connection points, 10000+ ROAM mobile users), Servers (61 Lotus Notes & infrastructure servers, 1400+ Lotus Notes users, 1800+ network system users), Data Centre (30 servers, 6 mid-range servers, 12000+ internal & external users)
- Developing and managing IT Operational services framework of deployed IT solutions and infrastructure
- Management of service level (SLA) delivery to customers
- Communicating value of deployed IT solutions & infrastructure
- Possess Bachelor Degree in related major from reputable universities
- Having minimum 7 years working experience and at least 5 years experience at supervisory/managerial in IS&T operational related area
- Excellent IS&T systems knowledge, Project Management skill and Financially sound
- Good communication skill in English
- Good presentation, training and coaching skill
- Strong leadership and business acumen
Business Intelligence Data Administrator
In this role, you will be in responsible for the following:
- MFS Scan Data Support
- Liaising with customer scan data contacts & NKAM’s to ensure complete & on-time delivery of scan data
- Adhoc customer scan data consolidation & reporting as required
- Assisting with development of Business Intelligence CRM solution & on-going technical support and maintenance procedures.
- Assisting with management of Business Services scan data service level agreements
- Assist the MFS BI Team to design standard scan data reports
- Data Integrity
- Assist with design & implementation of data security procedures
- Formally document data integrity charter and communicate to relevant stakeholders
- Adhoc Business Requirements
- Assist with scan data analysis that will support NKAM customer initiatives
- Assist with National MFS customer category management projects as required
- Holding minimum Bachelor Degree from IT or Business Administration discipline
- Preferably possess commercial experience
- preferebly have experience in fast moving consumer goods
- Strong systems aptitude (Microsoft Office Suite & CRM Software)
- Effective time management and flexible working hours
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure & within limited time frames
Business Intelligence Analyst
Key responsibilities for this role are:
Shopper Insights
- Providing Category insights to understand volume & profit opportunities that will drive account management initiatives.
- Assist with customer specific shopper insight projects
- Assist in driving price and promotional initiatives using scan data & shopper insights
- Link pricing strategies to market share analysis to understand the likely impact of our promotional activity on the market place.
- Analysis of scan data to begin & manage the Category Management process with strategic key MFS customers.
- Assisting MFS account management team with Business Plans and Category Reviews
- Ad hoc business reporting as required
- Assist with proposals to drive revenue management strategies for the Modern Foodstore channel
- Building relationships with national account teams to translate revenue opportunities into initiatives
- Assist with development of MFS BPPC strategy
- Assist with determining optimum MFS pricing based on on-going revision of pack/ brand strategies and use of scan data
- Undertaking specific brand/pack account analysis to review strategic fit, and provide recommendations
- Conducting what-if scenarios on alternate price related activities and present recommendations
- Assist to develop, own and maintain MFS pricing matrix and other Pack/ Price platforms
- Develop & maintain MFS customer ‘sell-out’ reporting
- Performing ad hoc business performance analysis as required
- Holding minimum Bachelor Degree from relevant major (Commerce/Finance/Marketing)
- Commercial experience preferred
- Possess Problem Solving/Analytical Skills and strong systems aptitude (Microsoft Office)
- Effective time management and Flexible working hours
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
