Responsibilities:
Assist the Plant Manager and IT Manager in executing all aspects of the production plant IT related operations while support in the strategic view of IT operation by overseeing the future needs of manufacturing business proccess at all sites.
Requirements:
- Male or Female, age 25 - 30 years
- Min. 3 years, with 2 years in supervisory level
- Min. S1 in Computer Science
- Background in the FMCG is preffered
- Willing to be travelled and relocated
- Able to work in tight deadline environment
- Strong business process analytical skills
- Exposures with integrated application system with focus on process manufacturing and accounting system
- Familiar with Microsoft product environment (server, desktop and development family)
IT Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Assist the IT Assistant Manager in executing all IT related operations and assigned project while giving supervision to its subordinates
Requirements:
- Male or Female, age 25 - 27 years
- Min. 2 years, with 1 years in supervisory level
- Min. S1 in Computer Science
- Background in the FMCG is preffered
- Willing to be travelled and relocated
- Able to work in tight deadline environment
- Understanding the concept of computer system and network infrastructure
- Exposures with Microsoft development tools and database system
- Good analytical and programming skills
- Familiar with Microsoft product environment (server, desktop and development family)
IT Staff
Responsibilities:
Provide respond to user complaints, taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve problem and ensure user satisfaction is maintained
Requirements:
- Male, age 20-25 years
- Min. 1 years
- Min. S1 in Computer Science
- Background in the FMCG is preffered
- Willing to be travelled and relocated
- Able to work in tight deadline environment
- Hands on exposures in network and PC troubleshooting
- Understanding the concept of computer system and network infrastructure
- Familiar with Microsoft product environment (server, desktop and development family)
Safety & Environmental Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the implementation of OHSAS & ISO 14001 documents
- Responsible for Unsafe behavior reduction , zero accident & emission programs as well as people & company asset
- Carry out periodic risk assessment and technical inspection related to safety purposes for all company asset
- Develop deployment safety and environmental programs for all factory community
- Develop waste management program in order to comply the regulation
- Build and maintain "win-win" relationship with stake holder as well as local authority
- Gender is not specified
- Ideal age : 30 35 years old
- 5 to 10 years hands on experience in Safety & Environmental as explained on above Job Scope
- Strong personality with executive skill to be a leader in a cross function departmental team
- Technical background with instrumentation know-how will be preferred
- Deep knowledge on Safety & Environmental standards
- Petrochemicals, oil, Energy Source companies
- Other industrials but last experience must be in wide scale and high complexity company
Supervisor - Accounting & Finance
Responsibilities:
- This position will assist Ass Manager Accounting & Finance to handle:
- Prepare and analyze monthly report, such as: COGM/COGS Report, Balance Sheet & Profit and loss
- Budget preparation and control all factory expenditure to be in line with budget
- Ensure all payment to vendor are accurate and valid
- Spread up internal control paradigm to all Department
- Safe guard company assets through excellent fixed asset management and validate all expenditure
- Graduate from Acc Department from reputable University, with minimum GPA 2.95
- Having minimum 5 years relevant working experience from MNC, preferable in FMCG or Public Accountant Firm, with max age 35 years old
- Having hands on knowledge to prepare and analyze monthly report package, such as COGM/COGS Report, Profit & Loss Report and Balance Sheet
- Having good knowledge in an ERP system
- Enjoy working in manufacturing environment
- Having teamwork, meet deadline and target accomplish attitude
- Willing to be placed and relocated at Kejayan Factory, East Java.
Finance Staff - Cashier
Requirements:
- Female, max 28 years old
- Min diploma graduate from reputable university preferable from accounting
- Computer literate
- Carefull, Have good integrity and passion
- Be able to work in a team or independently
Ass Manager - Accounting & Finance

- This position will play role as Accounting Department Head in Factory and responsible for:
- Prepare and analyze monthly report, such as: COGM/COGS Report, Balance Sheet & Profit and loss
- Coordinate budget preparation and control all factory expenditure to be in line with budget

- Safe guard company assets through excellent fixed asset management and validate all expenditure
- Coordinate Cost Reduction Program and other cross department project within the factory
- Graduate from Acc Department from reputable University, with minimum GPA 2.95
- Having minimum 8 years relevant working experience from MNC, preferable in FMCG or Public Accountant Firm, with max age 35 years old
- Having hands on knowledge to prepare and analyze monthly report package, such as COGM/COGS Report, Profit & Loss Report and Balance Sheet
- Having good knowledge in an ERP system
- Enjoy working in manufacturing environment
- Having teamwork, meet deadline and target accomplish attitude
