Category Manager
In this function, you will be in charge for the following roles:- Analyzing the category trend, identifying the market and opportunities.
- Reviewing and monitoring progress on the newly launched products, its consumer activations, as well as market reaction and to provide insights for any required corrective actions.
- Developing cross channel consumer promotion and activation program within managed categories.
- A combined function between category/product management skills with consumer and trade marketing knowledge for deliverable NPD & marketing program strategy.
- Holding minimum Bachelor Degree in related major from reputable universities
- Posses at least 3 years in brand management / business development / strategic development in well-known Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
- Having great understanding about consumer & customer as a total and in relation to the business
- Have knowledge of traditional & modern channel management
- Demonstrates experience of managing a brand/product and launch new product into market
- Highly developed knowledge of sales and marketing process, product management, business planning and profitability
- Excellent understanding of project management process
- Strong communication and persuasion skill to get commitment from cross functions
- Innovative, strategic thinker and have good analytical skill
- Good working with concept and numbers
- Multi tasking with capability to coordinate & work with people from many functions
