Terminal Operation Supervisor South Kalimantan
Location: Kalimantan Selatan, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and operate the facility within budgets and continuously improve performance;
- Ensure continuous stock availability to meet monthly demands;
- Ensure an efficient delivery system for Shell products that is consistent with Company’s Health Safety Security and Environment policies and ensure maximum economic advantage to Shell;
- To control and motivate Haulier & drivers to ensure fulfillment of all deliveries that will meet customers’ requirements;
- Ensure that all worksite equipment, transport, power units are properly maintained to achieve optimum availability, reliability and asset integrity;
- Work with other Business Units, contractors, etc;
- Involved in Terminal audit and others operation excellent initiatives.
- Minimum Diploma / Degree majoring in Engineering from a reputable Institution;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in terminal operations;
- Experience in safety sensitive operations would be preferred;
- Fluency in spoken and written Indonesian and English is essential for this position;
- Currently resides in South Kalimantan or originally from the area would be preferred;
- Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.
Terminal Admin Supervisor South Kalimantan
Location: Kalimantan Selatan, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Daily throughput and operational reconciliation with variance explanations;
- Ensure system related problems are resolved timeously and satisfactorily;
- Monitoring the issue of controlled stationery and according to the budget;
- Control of sequence checks;
- Ensure compliance with the rules of passport to operate.
- Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree from a reputable institution - Engineering major is preferred;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative work;
- Experienced in an engineering operation work environment - knowledgeable of safety requirement in operations;
- Currently resides in South Kalimantan or willing to reside in South Kalimantan;
- Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.
Terminal Manager South Kalimantan
Location: Kalimantan Selatan, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and operate the facility within budget while continuously improving its performance;

- 5 years' work experience (with some exposure in foreign/MNC's);
- Bulk depot and road transport operations experience desired;
- Good communication, management and leadership skills required;
- Ability to respond appropriately to immediate situations/emergencies would be essential;
- Working knowledge of fleet operations is a must;
- Good leadership and team building skills;
- Good written and communication skills;
- Residing in the relevant city/willing to be relocated within the South Kalimantan region;
- Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.
Commercial Fuel Account Manager Kalimantan
Location: Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- For new and existing customers, define and regularly review relevant customer relationship, behavioural and differentiated services banding and their sales & marketing plan;
- Review & plan customer business, products, service packages, contracts, prices, credit terms, credit limits and debts;
- Carry out negotiations with customers, preparing quotations, proposals and agree on all operational requirements (including: price, contract, payment terms and services);
- Ensure all service providers carry out the agreed terms;
- Ensures that all customer interaction activities are properly logged and updated in the appropriate Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree holder in either business, marketing, engineering or any related discipline from a reputable university;
- Good knowledge of B2B business;
- Good knowledge of the market in the designated area - Kalimantan;
- Team player with excellent negotiation skills, possess good customer relationship skills and excellent business acumen;
- Good written and oral communications skills and presentation skill;
- Fluency in spoken and written English language is essential for this position;
- Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.
