QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (Code: QCM)
The position is based in our factory located in Salatiga, Central Java reporting to Plant Manager. The Quality Control Manager plans, coordinates and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards. Develops and analyses statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product. Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production and purchasing procedures in coordination with other functional heads to maximise product reliability and minimize costs. Directs through intermediate personnel, operators engaged in production, inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities and products. Plans, promotes and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
Requirements:
- Age below 35 years.
- Minimum education as Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Chemist or Pharmacy.
- At least 3 years supervisory experience as Quality Control in GMP environment. Must be hands on in maintenance of QMS complying with ISO 9001-18000 standards.
- Good business acumen and customer service orientation.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Fluency in English will have an advantage.
- Good leadership and management skills.
PURCHASING & PLANNING MANAGER (Code: PPM)
The Purchasing and Planning Manager shall be based in our factory located in Salatiga, Central Java reporting to Plant Manager. The Purchasing & Planning Manager is responsible for overall function of purchasing, planning and warehousing of ingredients, materials and packaging. The role involves negotiations of purchasing agreements/contracts and calls for a strong vendor relations. Material and work order planning is an important part of this role involving typical low volume high variety production schedule. Implementation or working experience in SAP environment will be an added advantage. He or she will be responsible for identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage alternative sourcing arrangements consistent with the objective of reducing total cost.
The job involves frequent interaction and coordination with other functions as production, sales, marketing and exports.
Requirements:
- Minimum education as Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Purchasing/Planning supervisor in a FMCG or chemicals environment. Preferably have exposure in GMP / ISO 9001 standard implementation.
- Strong numerical, analytical ability and business acumen.
- Familiar in handling export import matters and customs procedure.
- Strong negotiation skills, impact & influence competency.
- Fluency in English.
